This Corsica villa is within easy reach of the lively coastal town of Binifacio. The property is a wonderful stone villa with fantastic views over the estuary and Gulf of Santa Manza. The villa is set in 10,000 sq metres of land close to the Gulf of Sperone which has the best golf course on the island and a beach which is a keen favourite of wind and kite surfers. The local beach of Canetto is within 30 minutes walk and Bonifacio, with its shops, restaurants, port and old fortress, is only 7 kms away.

This Corsica holiday villa has been constructed from the local white stone that is a feature of the Bonifacio area. A stone path across the lawn leads to the salt-water infinity pool (14 m x 4 m), surrounded by wooden decking with plenty of room for 12 sun loungers. There is a parameter alarm security system for the security of children, and the pool can be heated outside the summer period. Behind and separate from the main house is a small one-bedroomed stone bergerie, which is available to rent for large groups (this can also be rented separately).

The recently renovated interiors are colourful and relaxing, and have a Mediterranean feel. The main living area consists of a spacious open-plan sitting/dining room with pale stone-coloured tiles, white walls and a lovely wooden ceiling. There is a central stone-built fireplace and large glass sliding doors opening onto the stone-floored, covered exterior terrace. The kitchen is well equipped with a gas hob and an electric oven, American style fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. There is a breakfast area with table and chairs beside the kitchen, and doors leading to the outside terrace with a large built-in barbecue area. 5 of the 6 bedrooms have air-conditioning.
